Why this exists
In 2025, California saw 8,667 ADA lawsuits. Forty percent were filed by people without lawyers — using AI scanners to find sites with WCAG violations and generate complaints automatically. The scanner they use is axe-core. So is ours.
California courts and plaintiffs' counsel distinguish between businesses caught without any accessibility program and those with documented, ongoing efforts. A dated scan report on file is one of the cheapest forms of legal documentation a California business can have.
What you get for $49
- Dated PDF report listing every WCAG 2.1 violation the scanner finds, severity-ranked, with code-level details and WCAG citations.
- Published accessibility statement auto-generated for your site — drop it on a /accessibility page.
- Limitations and disclaimer page that documents what the scan does and doesn't cover, in plain English.
- Permanent record stored at a private link. The "current as of [date]" stamp is what attorneys and underwriters want to see.
What this is — and what it isn't. This is an automated software scan that produces a dated PDF report. It is the same industry-standard scanner used by Microsoft, Google, and most accessibility consultancies. This is not legal advice, professional accessibility certification, or a guarantee of compliance with the ADA, Unruh Act, or any law. Automated scanners detect approximately 30-40% of WCAG issues. For legal advice consult an attorney; for full certification consult a credentialed accessibility auditor.

Common questions
Will this scan actually prevent a lawsuit?
No, and we won't claim it will. What it does: documents that you took accessibility seriously on a specific date. The strongest defense is documented effort + actual remediation. The scan is step one.
Why is it so cheap?
Because it's automated. The scanner does the work in seconds and our cost per scan is pennies. We're not a discount product — we're a different product.
Is this an "overlay" or "AI fix"?
No. The FTC fined accessiBe $1M in 2025 for claiming overlays make sites compliant. We don't install anything on your site. We don't claim to make you compliant. We run a scan, hand you the report, and tell you what we found. That's it.
Can I run it on multiple sites?
One scan per purchase. If you have multiple sites, run separate scans.
